Leadership
As the Anglican church changes, the demands on leadership increases. Wherever God is calling women and men to lead the church, we are offering resources, help and support to equip them to follow God as servant leaders.
Newly ordained leaders begin their ministries supported by the Initial Ministerial Education programme. Following this, lifelong learning is encouraged through our Continuing Ministerial Development programme.
Leadership is not exclusively about ordained leaders and our CMD programme is open to lay leaders. We have also developed a range of additional learning opportunities tailored specfically for different leaders. Follow the links below to find out more.
