Administration 

Effective administration is an essential tool for mission and ministry.  The Administration Department serves the mission and ministry of the Diocese out in the parishes and centrally by providing and coordinating efficient, cost-effective and practical support whilst affirming the values of Changing Lives.

Finance admin and accountsproperty, matters relating to synodical government and pastoral planning, the Diocesan meetings calendar, care of the Old Deanery, communications, human resources and general adminstration all fall under Diocesan Administration, headed by the Diocesan Secretary.
